Flats of that era frequently have a small panel mounted in a laundry cupboard or hallway, with fuses and no RCDs. Hairdryers, air conditioners and modern kitchens ask a lot of it. We replace the panel with circuit breakers, fit safety switches and label every circuit so you can find the right one in the dark. In a building with shared meter boxes, we first work out which parts are yours and which belong to the owners corporation, and get access sorted. Detached houses on the quieter streets near Neerim Road often have patched-up boards with extra circuits squeezed in. We tidy that up and leave room to grow. We test every circuit, give you a copy of the list and tell you what to do if a switch trips.
