Collingwood is one of Melbourne's oldest suburbs, with many streets of small Victorian workers' cottages and terraces. Former factories and warehouses have been converted into apartments, studios and offices, and there are public housing towers and new apartment buildings along the main roads. Heritage overlays cover much of the suburb, so we keep visible external work discreet.
