Hampton East is a compact pocket on the eastern side of the Nepean Highway, made up largely of post-war homes and newer townhouses. We keep the power in these homes safe and practical.
Hampton East homes
Most of Hampton East is post-war brick veneer and weatherboard housing, with plenty of units and townhouses built on subdivided blocks over the past couple of decades. The older homes typically have original or lightly updated switchboards and only a handful of powerpoints per room. Townhouses are newer but sometimes built with the bare minimum, so owners want extra power in the kitchen, outdoor power for the courtyard and better lighting. Many townhouses have garages, which makes EV chargers a straightforward addition when the board has room. Where units share a driveway or common property, we work with the owners corporation so everything is approved before we start.
