Commercial electrical
in Toorak.

Toorak is a residential suburb first. Commercial work here centres on the shops and cafes along Toorak Road and in the Village, the consulting rooms and offices in converted buildings, and the apartment blocks nearby. Retail tenants expect good lighting, and boutiques often want track or display lights that flatter stock, so we plan those carefully. Cafes need dedicated circuits for coffee machines, dishwashers and refrigeration. For medical or professional suites, power, data and lighting levels get most of our attention. Many Toorak households also run a business from a large home, and we help set up the office electrical side with proper circuits and data cabling. Any work in a strata-titled building needs the body corporate's sign-off, and we keep the paperwork clear. We schedule noisy or disruptive work outside trading hours where the tenancy allows it. Tell us what you plan to run and we can advise.

What the job involves, warning signs and what's included are on our main commercial electrical page. For everything else we do locally, see electrician Toorak.
