Commercial electrical
in Windsor.

This is not an industrial suburb. Most commercial jobs here involve a small shop, a studio, a clinic room or an office tenancy in an older building, often with a switchboard that has not been touched since the last fit-out. We start by checking whether the supply fits the new use. A hairdresser, for example, needs different circuits than a graphic designer. Shop fit-out jobs cover lighting, power and sometimes data points, and we plan the work around trading hours so customers are not tripping over leads. Where the building is strata-titled, common-area changes need the body corporate, and we keep that paperwork straight. If you are leasing, we tell you what the existing electrical set-up does and does not cover, so there are no surprises when you move in. We also help with exit lighting and safety switch checks for small businesses.

What the job involves, warning signs and what's included are on our main commercial electrical page. For everything else we do locally, see electrician Windsor.
