Electrical maintenance in Windsor covers a lot of ground: cottages with odd faults, walk-ups with shared panels and apartment blocks with common-area lights. We find the cause, then fix it.

Walk-up flats from the post-war decades have a shared meter panel and often a shared set of problems. A failed stairwell light, a flickering entry light or a tripping circuit can be the body corporate's job, not the individual owner's. Strata managers and committees are our contacts, so you get one clear point of contact. In the cottages, electrical repairs usually start with a symptom, like a dead outlet or a light that dims when the fridge starts. Fault-finding then means tracing circuits through old wiring, sometimes patched many times over. We do not guess. We test, explain and fix what is causing the fault. If the fault is a sign of a bigger wiring problem, we say that directly and leave the choice to you. Regular inspections for landlords are a good way to avoid surprises when tenants change.
