Villas and terraces here often have a narrow side path, a rear lane or a single carport at best. A home charger needs a place to mount near the car and a cable path to the switchboard. We inspect both. If there's a garage or carport, we measure the run, check the board has room and design a dedicated circuit. Older switchboards, common in period homes, usually need upgrading before a charger goes on, since the charger draws steady power for hours. Heritage overlays are widespread, so we keep the charger and any conduit off the street view. Newer townhouses and apartments have different rules: shared car parks need approval from the body corporate. We can help with the technical details they ask for.
