Parking is the main issue for EV charger installation in Cremorne. Narrow streets and few driveways mean the best option is often a building's car park or a rear garage.
Cremorne 3121
Most cottages here have no off-street parking at all. If that's you, a home charger won't work, and we'll say so rather than sell you something impractical. Some houses have a rear garage or a small yard with parking, and those can take a charger on a dedicated circuit. Newer mid-rise buildings sometimes have basement car parks. A charger there depends on the body corporate, the building's supply and sometimes load management. We can look at the electrical side and prepare the information a committee needs. Offices and studios with their own parking may want chargers for staff or visitors, which we can plan with the tenancy's board in mind. Before we install, we always check the existing supply has the headroom for the extra load.
What the job involves, warning signs and what's included are on our main ev chargers page. For everything else we do locally, see electrician Cremorne.
Good work. Happy locals.

FAQ
Can't see your question? Call Steve on 0450 347 495.
Start with the body corporate, since they control shared electrical and parking areas. We can assess the supply, suggest a load-managed setup and give your committee the technical detail they'll want. It's worth asking early, since committees can take a while.
