Open studio floors and narrow cottages need very different light. LED downlights and lighting installation in Cremorne suits both, so work spaces are comfortable and homes feel warm.

Converted factories give you big, bright volumes and plenty of ceiling to work with. The risk is glare and shadow across a long floor of screens. We choose fittings that spread light evenly, often combining panel lights or tracks with task lighting at desks. Dimming and zoned switching let a studio change from a working day to an evening event. In the cottages, the issue is the opposite. Narrow rooms, low light and little daylight in the middle of the house call for a few downlights, a pendant over the table and warm LEDs that don't wash everything out. Mid-rise apartments often have limited ceiling access, so we choose surface or recessed options carefully. Exposed services in warehouses mean cabling is visible, so we plan it to look intentional, not tacked on.
What the job involves, warning signs and what's included are on our main lighting page. For everything else we do locally, see electrician Cremorne.
Good work. Happy locals.

“Steve and Jason installed several new downlights and powerpoints in my apartment, as well as installing a bathroom fan and doing a general switchboard check. The work was done very fast and to high quality. Steve had great ideas on how to improve the lighting and ventilation in my apartment in a cost effective manner. Steve's input really improved the look of my bathroom in particular, it almost looks like a new room!”

FAQ
Can't see your question? Call Steve on 0450 347 495.
Yes. We'd typically use a row of LED downlights along the hallway, warm colour temperature and dimmers. If the roof space is tight, we'll look at surface-mounted options. We'll visit and check access first. We'll talk through colour temperature before you commit.
