Builder-grade boards in these townhouses often have a small number of spare ways, and the garage circuit may be shared with the lights. We assess the load, then give the charger a circuit of its own, with separate protection. Because the charger runs for hours, we also talk through off-peak charging, so you can set it to run overnight on lower off-peak rates if your plan offers them. For units sharing a driveway or common garage, the owners corporation must approve it first, and we can supply the details they usually ask for.
