Powerpoint installation
in Bentleigh East.

Houses built in the 1950s and 1960s were designed around a radio, a lamp and an iron. Today one bedroom can ask for a phone charger, a desk, a TV and a heater. We walk through each room with you, mark where the furniture will sit, then add a double powerpoint or USB-C outlet in the right spot. In brick veneer homes new cable can often travel across the roof space and drop down inside the wall, so your paint stays intact. Weatherboard houses need a different approach, and we say so before we start. Out the back, an outdoor powerpoint beside the patio saves running leads through doors. In the newer townhouses behind older blocks, the builder often stops at the minimum, so we fill the gaps in kitchens and living areas. Every new circuit is tested before we leave.

What the job involves, warning signs and what's included are on our main powerpoints page. For everything else we do locally, see electrician Bentleigh East.
