Split system installation in Balwyn North often means one unit for the living area, then bedrooms later. We plan the circuits so each unit has what it needs.

Households in these brick homes tend to add cooling room by room, and the original wiring was not built for that. We do the electrical side: a dedicated circuit for each split system, an isolator at the outdoor unit and the final connection. The air conditioning installer mounts the units and pipework. Since the typical house is single-storey, we can cross the ceiling cavity and drop the cable neatly to each wall unit. Outdoor units go on the side or rear, and we choose an isolator position that is easy to reach. Boards in original homes often have no spare capacity for even two new circuits, so checking the board comes first. Ceiling fan installation is the other popular job, especially in brick homes where bedrooms get warm. We fix each fan to a rated brace and wire it to a wall control.
