High Street and Burke Road have shops, cafes and professional suites that need a commercial electrician in Glen Iris now and then. We take on the smaller tenancies and home business projects.
Glen Iris 3146
The commercial side here is modest and local. High Street and the Burke Road shops turn over tenants, and each new business wants lighting, outlets and a board that fits the layout. Medical, physio and beauty practices often move into converted buildings and need extra circuits and clear labelling. We also see home-based consultants converting a bungalow room or a granny flat into an office. For a shop fit-out we take the tenant's plans, coordinate with the landlord and tell you what the existing supply can handle before you order equipment. Tenancy work has to be tidy, so we cover the floor, protect stock and clean as we go. The council boundary doesn't change our work. We'll also test and tag if your lease requires it.
What the job involves, warning signs and what's included are on our main commercial electrical page. For everything else we do locally, see electrician Glen Iris.
Good work. Happy locals.

FAQ
Can't see your question? Call Steve on 0450 347 495.
Ask the landlord about the existing board and supply, and confirm what circuits are labelled. We can inspect it, advise what your equipment needs, and plan new lighting and outlets before the fit-out begins. Bring any equipment list so we can match it to the circuits.
