Extra powerpoints in St Kilda West start with a familiar sight: one outlet per room and a tangle of double adaptors. We fix that with neat powerpoint installation where you need it.
St Kilda West 3182
Count the outlets on one floor of a big old Victorian near the bay and you often find a handful, added one at a time over decades. When we plan powerpoint installation in St Kilda West, we walk each room and ask how it gets used. A desk by the window, a bedside with a USB-C outlet, a double powerpoint beside the kettle. In the interwar flat blocks the cable has to find a path through solid walls, so we work out a clean route before we cut anything. Outside, salt air is hard on exposed fittings, so an outdoor powerpoint for a courtyard or deck gets a weather-rated, corrosion-resistant outlet. Heritage overlays cover much of the area, which means we keep anything visible from the street out of sight. You end up with outlets in the right spots and walls that look untouched.
What the job involves, warning signs and what's included are on our main powerpoints page. For everything else we do locally, see electrician St Kilda West.
Good work. Happy locals.

“Steven provided a good and accurate quote over the phone and the job came in on price. Contacted about arrival time the night before and showed up when expected. The outdoor power point was installed within 20 minutes and the job was finished and cleaned well. Nice to deal with and enjoyed our dog coming by to check out what was going on.”

FAQ
Can't see your question? Call Steve on 0450 347 495.
Yes. We use outdoor-rated outlets with weatherproof covers and corrosion-resistant fittings, and we mount them out of direct spray where we can. We also check the circuit is protected by a safety switch, which matters more outside, so a damp connection cuts the power safely.
